The brief was Kamadhenu in full iconic form: the wish-fulfilling cow whose body, by tradition, holds all the gods, here painted as rows of small seated deities within her white form, with a crowned blue Krishna on her back. We set her on a single large lotus medallion inside a halo so she reads as the central icon, then ringed her with a field of smaller cows and lotuses so the whole sheet becomes a hymn to the cow rather than a portrait of one. The deep maroon ground makes the white Kamadhenu glow. This is go-mata devotion at its most explicit — the cow as the source of all sustenance, the heart of Pushtimarg go-seva that the Nathdwara haveli is built upon.
