Shipping & returns

Made to order

Every print is produced to order on archival museum rag stock. Prints leave our atelier within 3–5 business days of your order; framed editions take 5–8 business days while the frame is hand-fitted.

Packing

Unframed prints ship flat or in a rigid kraft tube with acid-free tissue. Framed editions travel in a double-wall carton with foam corner blocks, insured end to end.

India & worldwide

We ship across India (typically 2–5 days in transit) and to most countries worldwide (7–14 days). Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are settled by the recipient at delivery.

Returns

If a print arrives damaged in transit, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost. As prints are made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened editions.
