The brief was the shatadal kamal — the many-petalled cosmic lotus — without letting 'hundred petals' turn into a clogged disc. We opened it from a small dotted heart into fine concentric rings of pointed petals, each ring offset against the last so the bloom seems to spiral outward, and stopped at a single thin band rather than piling on more rings. The petals are kept narrow and the geru shows through their gaps, so even at this petal-count the field stays airy. The hundred-petal lotus signifies fullness in the Kumaoni vocabulary, and the discipline here is to suggest abundance through rhythm, not density. Nested square frames and butterfly-leaf corners settle the round bloom into a portrait field. White biswar on geru, nothing else.
