Produced between 1951 and 1958 by ENASA — Empresa Nacional de Autocamiones SA, a Spanish state-owned lorry manufacturer — the Pegaso Z-102 was engineered by Wilfredo Ricart, formerly of Alfa Romeo's Grand Prix department. The 2.5 to 3.2-litre V8 with twin overhead camshafts was technically more sophisticated than Ferrari or Maserati offerings of the period; bodies were supplied by Touring of Milan and Saoutchik of Paris as well as ENASA's own coachwork. Fewer than 86 examples were built. Heritage Icons renders a blue Z-102 berlinetta in front three-quarter view alongside a Circuito del Jarama track outline, grounding the Spanish supercar in its homeland geography.
