The translation problem here was the wheel itself: the Konark chariot wheel is a deep stone carving, but patta refuses perspective, so we flattened it into a single geru medallion with its hub, spokes and rim-figures legible as pure motif. We kept one guide mid-gesture and a small family in profile so the human scale stays, without letting the picture turn into a photographed tour group. The flower-seller at the lower left and the spear-carrying guard at the right close the frame and root it in an ordinary Odisha morning at the monument. The wheel reads first; the people second — which is exactly how it feels standing there.
