Marwar made sense because Jodhpur painters loved the prized white Marwari horse with its curving ears, painted in strict profile procession, so the modern groom simply slips into the prince's saddle. We kept the cast small and the street a flat ochre field, replacing the royal chhatra with the parasol a family actually holds and the scattered court flowers with showered rose petals. The walled town and flowering tree behind anchor it as a real Rajasthan wedding day rather than a costume drama, and the calm spacing lets the horse and groom stay the clear centre.
