Rank 97 in the Aviation Heroes collection, this print centres the Royal Air Force of Oman's principal multirole fighter: the Eurofighter Typhoon operated by 8 Squadron from Adam Air Base in the Ad Dakhiliyah region. Oman signed for twelve Tranche 3 Typhoons in December 2012, re-forming 8 Squadron after its SEPECAT Jaguar International stood down in 2014 — the first pair touched down at Adam on 21 June 2017, when Wing Commander Bader Al Jabri became the first RAFO pilot to land a Typhoon at the purpose-built base.
