Dark Green Border — 2 museum-grade prints in this palette. Donkervoort Automobielen is one of the few surviving small-volume specialist sports car manufacturers in Europe, producing between 100 and 150 hand-built roadsters per year from Lelystad, Netherlands. The D8 and its successors have achieved multiple European Nürburgring lap records in the production car category. The BMW M1 Procar Championship ran in 1979 and 1980 as a support series to Formula One, with Niki Lauda winning the 1979 title. The M1 remains BMW's only mid-engine production supercar; approximately 453 road cars were built through 1981.
